A Public Service Message

When you buy a Gameroom machine you expect it to provide you with years of trouble free entertainment. You want to buy a machine that has been checked by quality technicians and properly packed. We have some of the lowest prices on the Web but we NEVER will compromise our quality to lower prices or increase profits.
Before you send your hard earned money to any dealer for one of these machines, please ask yourself these 6 questions:
  1. Do they accept credit cards ? This is very important because if they do not accept credit cards it should be a warning signal to the buyer. You see, if they sell a defective machine the buyer has recourse if they paid by credit card. If they paid with a money order or cashiers check they do not.
    Slotsdirect.com accepts Master Card, VISA, American Express and Discover cards DO NOT EVER Buy anything this expensive on auction from ANYBODY that will not take a credit card !!

  2. What is their warranty? For one full year after you buy a machine from us you are covered for parts and labor. If your machine fails we will try to fix it over the phone and send you whatever part you need at our expense (including shipping). If we cannot fix it over the phone we will Pick it up at OUR expense and ship it back to our shop for repair or replacement. After the first year we still give you unlimited phone support and will sell you any parts you need at reasonable prices.

  3. Are they insured? Many dealers come and go and there are some small operations out there that do not have any product liability insurance. If something happens and they do not have insurance then you are not protected. We have full product liability insurance coverage !!

  4. Do they have SECURED on-line shopping ? Any serious Internet Shopping Site should have secured on-line shopping. It costs money to make this service available to a customer and I would seriously question any site that is not professional enough to offer this service to their customers.   5. Do they have a WEB Page ? If they do not have a web page or on-line catalog then that should also be a red flag to the buyer. It is hard to get in touch with a seller without a web presence. They can remain fairly anonymous. Our web page is www.slotsdirect.com

  6. Do they have a phone number ? and if they do, do they actually pick up the phone or at least return messages in a timely fashion. Remember that if you have trouble talking to them when you are trying to buy a machine, what will it be like reaching them when you have a problem or a complaint ? We have called some of these dealers and they take 3 or 4 days to return our call !! Slotsdirect.com will answer your call or return your message or answer your e-mail within minutes !

  7. Are they selling a specific machine ? Some dealers are selling machines without actually specifying the exact machine you are buying. They use terms like "faces vary" . You do not know what you are buying. All our machines are on our web site at www.slotsdirect.com, they are updated daily and you order the specific machine you want !

  8. What is their return policy ? It should be clearly stated on their web page if they even have one !! You can return any purchase from us within seven days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price(less shipping and 15% restocking fee)) NO QUESTIONS ASKED !

  9. Shipping Charges Check out the shipping charges, some dealers are charging $79 or even $89 for shipping. We charge $65 to pack and ship a slot and $40 to pack and ship a Pachinko anywhere in the continental United States

Please be careful, not sorry. I get calls every day from customers that wish they would have paid the additional few dollars and have bought from a better dealer !!

We manage our suppliers and we make sure that our customers always receive the best quality products. If a supplier is not making the grade we drop them.
    There are other dealers out there that sell machines cheaper. They are not always the best machines and their quality control and service after the sale is not always what you, the customer deserve. I get calls from customers of other dealers and I try to help them out as much as I can, but I hear stories every day about dealers that cannot be contacted after the sale.
    You can call us anytime. We answer e-mails within hours or minutes of receipt. We jump through hoops to satisfy our customers.
