Follow these easy steps to convert your older CRT Picture tube type monitor in your Cherry Master - 8 liner cabinet to the newer LCD Flat panel monitor
CRT Cabinet
Before

AFTER

Converting your cherry master or pot-o-gold gaming machine old CRT display to a New LCD Display is easy to do and has many benefits:

  • No more CRT image "BURN-IN"
  • LCD displays require less energy to run meaning lower operating cost
  • LCD displays emit less heat than a CRT
  • LCD displays weigh much less than a bulky CRT

Parts Needed:

CRT Removal

Estimated Time = 15min

  • Remove plexi
  • Remove the 4 carriage bolts on the bottom of the CRT display (indicated by red circles in image)
  • Disconnect harness and power cable from the CRT display
  • Remove CRT display from cabinet


Bezel+LCD

  • Bolt the metal bezel and LCD together (indicated by red circles in image

LCD Install

  • Place LCD in to cutout in cabinet
  • Connect harness and power cables

Finished!
