Mitchell Enterprises LLC, is not responsible for any errors or omissions contained within our on-line catalog. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Our products are offered for entertainment pleasure only. Mitchell Enterprises is not responsible for machines that are used for any other purpose or for machines that have been altered or relocated to a state whose regulations limit the ownership of such equipment.

Mitchell Enterprises does not offer payment terms or C.O.D. All orders must be paid in full before being shipped.

  • Pachislo and Pachinko machines are shipped Fedex-RPS Ground prepaid
  • Accessories are shipped Fedex-RPS Ground prepaid
  • $15 fee added for shipments to Canada

Mitchell Enterprises does offer "rush" shipping. Please inquire by phone if you must have your order rushed.

Special Note about order cancellations on certain products:

Please note: certain items are custom built to order, including all Eight Liner Cherry Master machines, Quarter Pushers and Pot of Gold machines. Once we have ordered the parts and begun the build process we cannot cancel your order. Order cancellations for any reason will result in a 20% cancellation penalty. If you refuse delivery on a shipped item then you will be responsible for both the outbound and the return shipping costs plus a 20% penalty. If you originally paid by credit card then any refunded money must be applied as a credit to your credit card less a 3% credit card transaction fee.

How Do I Return My Order?

Please note: certain items are not returnable including: Items sold on auctions, clearance items, special order items, items with custom finishes or custom options, Slot Machines, slot machine parts, Quarter Pushers, Quarter Pusher Parts, Gamemakers, Gamekings, Toy Taxi and Hot Stuff Cranes, JVL's, 8 liners, 8 liner parts, 8 liner boards, 8 liner Cherry master machines, Pot of Gold Machines, Pot of Gold Boards,Sweepstakes machines, Phone-Card Sweepstakes machines Pull tab and Scratch Off tickets, and Pot of Gold Parts..Regarding these machines PLEASE NOTE: The operations of these games and the features therein may be subject to various state, provincial and/or local laws or regulations. It is not intended to solicit the sale of such games in any jurisdiction wherein the same may not be lawfully sold or operated. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to fully investigate the legal requirements in their own jurisdiction prior to purchase. Mitchell enterprises, Slotsdirect.com and their employees will not be liable for any legal action or use prohibitions placed on these machines after they are sold. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS NO REFUNDS under any circumstances whatsoever.


For all other products not mentioned above, Is the item you received not what you expected? Did it not fit as well as you hoped in your space or match your décor? Whatever the reason, you won’t be stuck with an item you cannot use or that you do not want. (Note: If your item was damaged or defective, see our Damage section below). We are proud to offer one of the best return policies in the online business. You may return your purchase for any reason within 15 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs and restocking fees. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. In addition our items carry a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return. If you originally paid by credit card then any refunded money must be applied as a credit to your credit card less a 3% credit card transaction fee.No refunds or returns after 15 days.

Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

. To return an item:

Using our Standard Return Policy:

  • Call 610-715-7900 call or text to get an RA # (return authorization number) .
    YOU MUST CLEARLY SHOW AN RA# ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE OR IT WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO YOU. OUR COMPANY WILL REFUSE ALL PACKAGE DELIVERIES NOT SHOWING AN RA#
  • Wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
  • Return the product using your preferred shipping method to the address you are provided. This may be our main office or to a distribution center.
  • Save your return tracking number, and if possible, e-mail it to us so that we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit.
  • Please Note: unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling or gift wrap charges. We will issue a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase.If you originally paid by credit card then any refunded money must be applied as a credit to your credit card less a 3% credit card transaction fee.
What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

Inspect your package immediately upon delivery, Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many items, and refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping.
  • You need to inspect the packaging very carefully upon arrival. Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. This is VERY important. If the package looks significantly damaged, you need to refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment.
  • Before you sign a delivery receipt you have the right to open the packaging and inspect the shipment for "concealed" damage. We urge you to do this. The driver will try to talk you out of this but remember that once you sign for the shipment that it arrived in good condition, you have waived your right to any future claim for damages. If the delivery is by USPS or UPS and they leave you a package that appears to have physical damaged DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE, then notify the carrier that you are refusing delivery and insist that the come and get the package back from you.
  • Once you accept delivery and sign the receipt you the customer assume all liability for physical damage to the equipment. It will be assumed that any damage occurred after delivery.
  • Once you the customer accept a delivery then you will be responsible for filing paperwork and collecting any insurance claims from the carrier.
  • Once you have accepted the package and find that parts are missing or inoperable, please contact us right away and we will ship you the replacement parts free of charge (other than physical damage). If we cannot replace the parts, we will have the carrier pick up the package and we will send you a replacement. All returned products should be in the original packaging. It may take up to 21 days for a replacement to be shipped due to production schedules and depending on the type of equipment.

If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, the item can be returned under our standard return policy . If your item is problematic due to a manufacturer’s defect, we can either replace the defective part, or if necessary, the entire unit. We stand behind our products and maintain great relationships with the manufacturers who produce them. If you are having an issue, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve it.

    PLEASE NOTE OUR POLICY ON CHARGEBACKS:

  • Client understands that Company does not tolerate chargebacks of any kind and that no chargebacks of any kind are acceptable.

  • Client understands that Company deems chargebacks as consumer fraud and will proceed to collect by any means necessary.

  • Client is responsible for attorney's fees, fees for collection agencies or third party intervention if client charges back or does not pay monies owed.

  • If Client charges back without following proper procedure, client will owe $500 plus chargeback fees plus amount owed.

  • Company will report any outstanding balances to the three main credit bureaus.

  • Company will have the incident reported to anti-fraud databases, which will prevent any further purchases on the Internet.

  • Company has a chargeback legal department and WILL file suit immediately if necessary.

  • Customers that file chargebacks will be reported to badcustomer.com
