These stands are solid wood, no laminates or partical board is used in the construction of these fine pieces of furniture. They are handcrafted in the USA using the finaest of materirals. They are full assembled and when they arrive all you need to do is attach the feet to the bottom. . You simply cannot buy a better stand at any price.
