Pot of Gold Support Limitations

Pot of Gold boards and machines are very complicated and difficult to setup and configure. We cannot provide support for operation, configuration or program changes to the boards or machines beyond our guarantee that the machine will be fully functional and operate when you receive it. We cannot advise you on configuration changes, setup changes or programming changes after the receipt of your machine. Our guarantee covers the hardware components and guarantees that the machine is operational when you receive it. For 90 days after you receive your machine our support is limited to replacing hardware components on an exchange basis. We will require a credit card hold on any parts shipped until the exchanged part is received by us. The following terms apply:

• We do not provide any support for reconfiguration , setup changes or re-programming
• Once you make changes to the setup, configuration or program...you are on your own
• We do not provide information about how to play the games or how to set them up
• We do not provide manufacturing support or answer questions on how to build a cabinet for the game boards or how to set them up
• Our warranty is parts exchange for 90 days, a credit card hold is required for all parts shipped until exchanged part is received
• Warranty is 90 days only
• Absolutely NO REFUNDS ever for any reason on Pot of Gold boards or machines
• You must agree to all these limitations before we can sell you a Pot of Gold machine or board
